This was a good week. I slept well, ate well, and did all my workouts. The weather has not cooperated; snow is on the ground and temperatures are still chilly. I have a plan for a 5 hour ride in Denver next weekend with my pal Randy from Steamboat who is leaving for a 5 month bike ride in Europe. So I have that to look forward to this week.
Next week is Week 10 and 14 hours scheduled; 11 are on the bike.
Pool is closed for 9 days for cleaning so it will be all about the bike and run; and perhaps more core.
